1. Participation fee commitment

Confirm you can commit to the ABA participation fee if selected.

$250 participation fee

Following a board resolution, the Africa Business Accelerator now requires a $250 participation fee from every selected business. Past free editions saw low commitment from participants, which reduced the program's impact. The fee ensures serious, committed founders.

You will only be asked to pay after you are selected — no payment is collected today.

3. Data privacy agreement

What we collect. The information and document links you submit through this form, including founder details and the responses you provide.

How we use it. Solely to assess your eligibility for the Africa Business Accelerator, to contact you about your application, and to coordinate program logistics if you are selected.

Who sees it. The ABA selection committee, program staff, and vetted judges or mentors bound by confidentiality. We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties.

Retention. Application data is retained for up to 24 months after the program cycle for record-keeping and cohort reporting, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the ABA team.
